Sagamore Hills Emergency Department is winner of the 2013 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence AwardSM. The award is given to departments in the 95th percentile for patient satisfaction survey scores between May 2012 and April 2013.
The Sagamore Hills Medical Center provides a full spectrum of medical services on a 44-acre campus in Northern Summit County, located at 863 West Aurora Rd. (Rt. 82) in Sagamore Hills. The medical center is a satellite facility of South Pointe Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic hospital.
At the Sagamore Hills Medical Center, patients will not have to wait for emergency medical attention. The Emergency Department is open 24 hours and ensures that their patients will be seen by a physician within 30 minutes of registration—guaranteed. This 30-minute promise of timely emergency treatment ensures faster service, easy access and trusted care while eliminating long wait times.
Additionally, the center provides on-site laboratory and x-ray services including a CT scanner and mobile MRI for outpatient testing as well as serving the emergency department.
