To pay your bill in person a bill payment box is conveniently located in the main lobby of the hospital.

Medina Hospital is pleased to provide free Medicare counseling for seniors through our Silver Express program. Silver Express counselors are hospital volunteers, trained by the Ohio Department of Insurance, to provide claims counseling to area seniors.
Silver Express offers claims counseling for:

- Medicare HMO
- Medicare Cost Plans
- Medicare Risk Plans
- Long-term Care Insurance
- Claims Filing
- Other Health Insurance
