Diabetes Education
The diabetes educators at Euclid Hospital are committed to the concept of quality diabetes self management. Our goal is to provide the knowledge, skills and tools to support healthy self care.
Our diabetes education program is available to inpatients and our comprehensive diabetes self management group sessions are available to outpatients.
Certified diabetes nurse educators and certified diabetes educators who are registered/licensed dietitians are available for personal one-on-one teaching of all phases of diabetes management including insulin administration, blood glucose monitoring, meal planning, weight management as well as personal consultation and problem solving.

Diabetes Support Group
- Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m.in the Waltz Auditorium
- No meeting January, July or August
- Guest speakers discuss aspects of diabetes care and self-management.
- There is no registration required and no fee for this program.
