Miller Family Heart & Vascular Institute at Cleveland Clinic

Stop at our Information and Guest Services Desk - or ask our "Red Coat" greeters for a Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Pavilion Map when you arrive.

If you need assistance

• Greeters in red coats are available to assist you.
• For your convenience, a free shuttle bus stops at most main building entrances. To schedule a pickup, please ask the Red Coat staff to provide assistance, or call 216.444.8484 or ext. 4-8484 from any beige house phone inside the Cleveland Clinic.
• Due to construction, traffic patterns may change. Please call 216.444.9500 for a brief recorded update.
• Valet parking is available at the H Main entrance (E. 93rd Street), at the Crile (A) Building, Cole Eye Institute (i) and at Taussig Cancer Center (R). Patients are responsible for parking fees.
• Welcome Desks are located at major entryways.
• The Main Entrance is also the patient drop-off and pickup for most buildings (J, F, H, G, M, S, T). 
• If you need assistance, an indoor Skyway Shuttle is available from Parking 2 (E. 100th Street) garage to and from buildings A, G, F, H  and J.  An indoor shuttle also is available across the tunnel from Parking 1 (E. 93rd Street) garage to the main entrance.

Parking

• Visitor parking is free for the first hour in the garages only.
• Various parking garages are available for your convenience and are easy to find on our map.
• Parking rates are posted at garage entrances.
• Parking Payment Stations are located in the foyer of Parking 1. there are two stations on the tunnel level and one on the ground level.
• To exit a parking garage after 12:30 a.m. weekdays or 10:30 p.m. weekends, please pick up the Cleveland Clinic Police telephone at the exit. The phone will automatically ring the Clinic police.
• Discount parking passes, including discounted senior parking coupons, are available from:
• The Parking Services office located in the basement of the JJNorth Office Complex
• Valet cashiers at the main entrance as well as valet cashiers at the Crile (A) Building (East 100th St.), Cole Eye Center (East 102nd St.), Taussig Building (E. 90th St.), and Glickman Building (E. 96th St.).
• The parking area cashiers in the East 93rd Street garage (Parking 1), East 90th St. Garage (Parking 4, PP), East 100th St. garage (Parking 2, BBN) and the Mellen Center Patient Lot at E. 89th St.
• Discount parking passes are accepted at the garage locations listed above, but they are NOT accepted at valet locations, the Emergency Lot, or the Short-Term Crile (A Building) lots.

Directions for Using Discount Parking Pass

1. Exit Lane Pay Station: (Not available at Parking 4 (P) Garage or Mellen Center Lot)
   Insert original ticket into Exit Lane Pay Station located before the cashier
   Next, insert coupon/parking pass
   Machine will return your coupon as your receipt
2. Cashier: Hand cashier BOTH your original ticket and your coupon ticket and present to the cashier.
3. Garage Reentry: Patients and visitors who use the discount coupon program can use one coupon per day with unlimited reentry to the garage by following these instructions: a) Upon the first departure from the garage, the patient/visitor must present the coupon to the cashier and obtain a receipt . b.) At the time of each subsequent cashier encounter for garage departure, the patient/visitor must submit the latest receipt and obtain a new receipt.

Free Parking on the Day of Discharge

Parking is free on the day of discharge from the hospital as long as the patient/companion presents the discharge paper (e.g. discharge instructions) to the Parking Area Cashier.

Each major building at Cleveland Clinic is designated with a letter and a corresponding color on the map. Overhead signs throughout the buildings will help guide you. For example to locate:

Always feel free to stop and ask for help. Greeters in red coats make it easy to spot someone who can help guide your way. However, anyone with a Cleveland Clinic identification badge is always happy to help!
