Mission Statement
The Allied Health Professionals Education Committee has been developed to meet the educational needs of our employees. In conjunction with other education committees, the Allied Health Professionals Education Committee will foster continuous growth and development of the entire organization.
Our mission is to identify, plan, educate, and evaluate the efficacy of our efforts, through the provision of quality care. Continuing to update the knowledge of our employees will help to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
Goals
- Enhance/Increase communication regarding education programs throughout the organization.
- Encourage participation of Committee members in meetings and activities. Members will be expected to attend 75% of regular committee meetings.
- Unify the institution’s educational programs.
- Determine requirements for provider status for licensure in the different departments.
- Educate committee members regarding program development and procedure.
