After your final appointment, you will meet with a Financial Counselor. We will then determine the status of your bills. We do our best to finalize your account before you leave Cleveland Clinic Florida. When we have a final total, we will contact you to make final arrangements regarding your account.
If you need to schedule follow-up visits for a later date, we will be happy to start that process. If you need assistance coordinating transportation to the airport, we can help you. After your visit, we can:
- Help obtain copies of medical reports/films after consultations are completed
- Assist with prescription requests
