The Family Health Center at Cleveland Clinic in Florida provides a full spectrum of primary care services for the residents of Weston and surrounding communities. Our outpatient family health center is staffed by highly skilled and compassionate board certified family practice physicians and nurses offering the entire family quality preventative health care, management of chronic conditions, and more.




Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays – 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays – 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays – 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Family Health Center offers care for adults and children age 5 and up.
