Hand & Wrist Pain

The torment of joint pain in our hand and wrist can be debilitating for even the smallest of tasks. Experiencing this type of pain in everyday tasks is common for most individuals working with their hands.

Patients should seek medical consultation and treatment as it is a key step in determining the cause of hand and wrist pain. From ailments such as carpal tunnel syndrome to wrist sprains, patients are better off correcting these orthopaedic problems early on.

Elbow Pain

Elbow pain can be the result of overextending one of the body’s most active parts. Common injuries contributing to elbow pain can range from golf and tennis elbow to straining ligaments while performing various daily activities. Seeking medical advice is imperative to obtaining a diagnosis and deciding on the best treatment options available.

Shoulder Pain

The overall rise in shoulder pain across the country can be attributed to the growth of exercise as important part of daily life. Shoulder injuries account for approximately 20 percent of daily visits to the doctor’s (is this primary care or specialist’s?) office. The causes of shoulder pain can be the result of a number of different injuries. Whether it be a rotator cuff tear or frozen shoulder, it is important to seek immediate medical attention when experiencing pain in the shoulder.
