Our staff includes Cleveland Clinic primary care doctors and specialists who see patients at our offices in Lakewood, Ohio. If you need additional specialists, they can facilitate your referral to a staff member at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus, located two miles east of downtown Cleveland.

Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday – 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
