- Current BLS Provider/Instructor Card
- Current Instructor Card
- 2010 Update Certificate
Please send scanned documents to cprmaincampus@ccf.org.
Renewal of your instructor status will be completed once all valid documents have been received.
Register Courses»
Please register each course at cprmaincampus@ccf.org at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Please include the following information:
- Lead Instructor/Course Director Contact Information
- Date and Time
- Location
- Agenda
- Instructor Roster
- Request for Training Center support as needed
All courses offered in conjunction with the Main Campus Training Center are available for student placement as needed.
Please note, in accordance with the American Heart Association Training Center Agreement, all courses are subject to monitoring.
Failure to adhere to Training Center Guidelines may result in non issuance of course completion cards.

To be eligible for renewal, all Cleveland Clinic Main Campus AHA Training Center Instructors are required to complete a monitoring course every 2 years to verify competency.

Instructor Candidates are requested to complete an initial monitoring course within 90 days from Instructor Course.

Equipment Lending»
The CPR Department loans equipment to CCF-employed BCLS Instructors for classes on Main Campus.
Send an email to cprequipment@ccf.org requesting the equipment, including requested pickup and drop off date and times during business hours and the date and location of the course.
The equipment includes a video and equipment necessary to teach 6 students at a 3:1 manikin ratio.
Submitting a request does not guarantee equipment will be available.
