Welcome and thank you for visiting Cleveland Clinic Pharmacies!
We operate 14 outpatient pharmacies within the Cleveland Clinic Health System and each of our pharmacists and technicians are committed to putting our Patients First.
Our focus is on delivering quick and accurate prescription services while educating patients on the importance of their medication therapy.
We also provide twenty-four hour inpatient pharmacy services through central and specialty pharmacies.
Inpatient pharmacy areas support distributive and clinical pharmacy services provided by staff pharmacists, clinical pharmacy specialists and pharmacy technicians, supporting 60 nursing units, 70 operating rooms, 4 PACUs, and 10 cath labs, accounting for over 1,300 inpatient beds.
The Department of Pharmacy is a clinical care department whose mission is to ensure the provision of safe and optimal drug therapy outcomes in patients; to educate patients, healthcare practitioners and students about optimal drug therapy; and to conduct and support drug-related research.
The vision of the Department of Pharmacy is to be a valued member of the Cleveland Clinic patient care team; to make a unique contribution to high quality, cost-effective patient care, teaching and research; to be known for our service excellence to all of our customer groups; and to have a local, state and national reputation and leadership role resulting from the outstanding quality of our services and programs.
We are committed to excellence at Cleveland Clinic by enabling and empowering each individual in the Department of Pharmacy to make valuable contributions to patient-focused care, teaching and research activities.
Employees will demonstrate this commitment by continuously re-evaluating goals, objectives and responsibilities while embracing change in a positive attitude with respect for other supporting members of our team.
