  • Pediatric Anesthesiology – Comprehensive anesthesia for children and for patients with congenital heart defects
  • Pain Management – A full spectrum of treatment options for patients suffering chronic and acute pane from disease, surgery or trauma.
  • Regional Practice – Regional Practice provides anesthesia, pain management and critical care medical services to community hospitals and ambulatory centers throughout Ohio.

Stephen J. Kimatian, MD, FAAP appointed Anesthesia Institute’s Chairman of Pediatric Anesthesia

On December 8, Dr. Stephen Kimatian was appointed by Cleveland Clinic's Board of Governors as the Anesthesiology Institute's Chairman of Pediatric Anesthesia. He has a special interest in pediatric cardiac anesthesiology. Dr. Kimatian joined Cleveland Clinic from Penn State University’s Department of Anesthesiology, where he served as Program Director. He is deeply involved in education nationally and is engaged in many of the Society for Education in Anesthesiology’s (SEA) competency initiatives. Dr. Kimatian also serves as the Anesthesiology Institutes Vice-Chair for Education.

Anesthesiology Institute Physician Elected President of OAS

October 2, 2009 - Marc Feldman, MD was elected this September as President of the Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society (OAS) for the 2010 term.

The Society is dedicated to ensuring that anesthesiologists, ophthalmologists, CRNAs, and other professional personnel are provided with the training and education necessary for the provision of the highest quality ophthalmic anesthesia services.

OAS Members represent 37 states and Puerto Rico, Canada, UK, India, Egypt, Nepal, Netherlands, Turkey and Italy.
