The Pain Management Department at Cleveland Clinic has received the highest accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for meeting stringent requirements of staff knowledge, operational procedures, safety and effectiveness.
Patient care is managed by the Departments medical director, who is a board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. Other physicians consulting on each patient's care may include a specialist in physical rehabilitation and a psychologist.
The medical staff is supported by a team of skilled and experienced registered nurses and physical rehabilitation specialists.
