This was my first appt with this doctor. I've never met him before. As mentioned, I waited very long for the doctor to come in the room. Finally he enters (at least I thought so), and apologizes for the delay by saying they had gotten busy. He asks me to sit on the table so he can examine me. He then starts poking his finger into my hernia, which was berry very uncomfortable. While he's doing this examination another person enters the room and he introduces himself as Dr Lo Menzo. I assumed that the first guy was the doctor. He never introduced himself and just started the examination. To this day, I don't know who he is, but if I had known he wasn't the doctor, I assure you that I would not have consented to his poking of my hernia. I am still experiencing pain from it that wasn't there prior to his poking.

I would highly recommend Cleveland Clinic of Florida and Dr. Lo Menzo. He was patient and thorough and even took the effort of reviewing past medical records, which I appreciated. He explained everything in detail and worked with me to listen to my needs and come up with a viable treatment plan for the future, which did not include surgery although that is what I thought I was seeing him for. I appreciated his patience and expertise. He is a fabulous practitioner, in my opinion!

No fault of Cleveland Clinic's for not having more than a "good" rating for ease of getting care I needed at the Cleveland Clinic. Wished you had a facility in North Eastern Florida! I just live too far away, but that will not prevent me from returning. The care is outstanding, and I have full confidence in Dr. Lo Menzo.
