I waited 5 weeks for my appointment and then waited approximately 45 minutes to see Dr. Cabrera. It definitely was worth the wait because Dr. Cabrera was excellent! He explained everything that was going on with my prostate and put me at ease with his diagnosis. He prescribed a medication and made an appointment to checkup on me in Six months.

Felt comfortable with Dr Cabrera's approach and his diagnosis was more practical and not business based because Medicine has certainly changed dramatically since Obama Care and not in a good way.

The reason I gave a 3 for recommending this care provider is the difficulty in getting an appointment when needed. The wait time is over 3 months, even when the doctor ask you to follow up in 4 to 6 weeks.

Dr Cabearer seemed very knowledgeable and I appreciate being accommodated that day, however the visit seemed rushed. What is more disappointing he promised to call with the results snd I am still waiting. I sent a message snd he responded with one line expressing the not so good news. I messaged again and advised I wanted to further discuss and nothing to date.

What is so awesome about the Cleveland clinic is that they have everything under one roof. My Doctor needed a CAT scan for my procedure and was where do I have to go for this CAT scanBe I didn't have a clue and to my surprise he told me I can get it done right here at the Cleveland clinic. Wow!

I understand that after covid-19 every where is a Rollercoaster. I like the respect, courtesy and professionalism from all staff members, beginning with the registration process. I have to do my own on line appointment with doctor Cabrera. I know is getting better, and I'm glad because I rather have Cleveland Clinic to take care of my health.

The appt with Dr. Cabrera was excellent. Although he is a surgeon, he did not think at this time surgery was necessary. It is comforting that he could objectively review my situation and, in my opinion, do what was truly best for me. I am very thankful for his professionalism and concern.

I was having severe bleeding from my bladder when I arrived for an appointment with Dr Tobias. His nurse aide named Jane took it upon herself to locate a urologist on the same floor at Cleveland Clinic are arranged for an immediate appointment. Her interest in my health and her concern for me was above the call of duty. Thanks to her efforts I received the treatment necessary to resolve my situation. I can not thank her enough and she is certainly a credit to your clinic

Please note I did not have a scheduled appointment with Dr Cabrera it he disrupted his schedule to make the time to care for me. He made sure I received the necessary treatment and paved the way to get me scheduled for tests so that my condition could be fully resolved. Dr Cabrera is an outstanding physician. I know how very busy he is from having had two previous late-night urgent surgeries for stones.
