I am a senior citizen. Waiting a week or 2 to see my doctor (Dr. Higley) when a problem occurs is overwhelming.

I did get in to see the NP however, it was more than a 4 month wait to see Dr Cutler. When the NP, at my appt, said to make a follow up with Dr Cutler for 6 mos later I was told they do not schedule out that far. So I have to wait a few months and then schedule to wait 4 months? Seems like a waste of time

Kim is so wonderful. Perfect. Caring. She deserves a raise. The Montrose location is perfect for me. I hate going into downtown Akron.

Kim is excellent at making sure your questions are answered to where your understand and I believe she cares about your concerns . One of the best!
