Dr Plesea is an excellent physician and has been treating me for years. His expertise in my many difficult health issues, his striving to help me understand the treatment options and most of all taking as much time as I need to explain my difficulties since my last visit means more to me than I can say. Ryan is an outstanding Dr and I never feel that my 6 hour drive to specifically see him was a wasted trip. I always have and will ask specifically for him when I need help or surgery. I hope he never leaves you.

My provider was very patient, answered all my questions twice if I needed, and was thorough with the follow-up. He submitted the lab order for the follow-up study during the visit, and ensure that I had received it in my email.

Ryan is very caring. He listened to all my questions and concerns. Explained what my issues could be from and discuss options to resolve my issues. Ryan was a big part of my care, he always checked on me to see how I was doing before and after surgery. Ryan let me know I could call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. Ryan is an exceptional caregiver and a great asset to the Cleveland clinic.

I always talk about how wonderful the staff is to everyone I know. Dr. Kroh is now taking care of my brother. I'm very blessed that Dr. Kroh is back and the wonderful support staff that he has.
