Tanya Konyesni, PA-C

Tanya Davis PA-C is a caregiver in the Orthopaedic Surgery Department of Cleveland Clinic. She completed her undergraduate degree at Baldwin-Wallace College in Athletic Training and Physical Therapy. She finished her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham University in Pittsburgh. 

The honors she received at Baldwin-Wallace include the Dayton C. Miller Honor Society, Chi Sigma Athletic Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Scholastic Honor Society, Ohio Athletic Conference Clyde Lamb Recipient and ESPN Academic All-American in Softball. She also played softball for the school. 

She is now an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) as well as the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA). 

Tanya works with a physician specializing in knee and hip replacements as well as joint revisions. Of particular interest to her is the anterior supine intramuscular total hip replacement. This approach is a minimally invasive technique for hip replacement with muscle sparing and accelerated recovery. She also performs intra-articular knee cortisone and lubricating (gel) injections.
