Dr. Santiago was excellent. She was very prepared, having reviewed my chart prior to my appointment. She explained each step of the exam thoroughly. The results were reviewed in detail and she took time to discuss the proposed treatment options to see what would be best for me. Dr. Santiago was caring, patient, personable and, very importantly, seemed very happy in her job which put me at ease and made me feel confident in her abilities.

Dr. Santiago was great! She was prepared for the appointment as it was obvious she had studied my dossier in advance, she listened to all of my concerns, and` clearly explained treatment options. Also, was a very nice person.

My husband's doctor, Dr Sam Chao, helped to get these appointments (hearing test and ENT) set up as my former ENT, Dr. Woodson, has moved elsewhere. Very grateful to him.
