Having worked for physicians & hospitals for over 40 years, I understand how busy it is & how easy it is for physicians to get behind. The doctor was excellent, but ran almost 45 minutes behind. There should be a way to make the patient aware of this & to continue to wait I did wait & was glad I did.

I love this option and ease of connecting to online appointments. It would be nice if the doctor could display a message on the waiting screen' to let me know if a delay is expected.

Dr. Peechakaara not only listened to me but she also planned two blood tests and a bone density test for the next year. This planning allows me to schedule my Prolia shots with ease .I can't believe the appointment could have gone any better if we were fact to face.

I would rather see Dr. Peechakara in person but it is difficult to get appt. Other than that, I would not go to anyone else because she is the best. Caring, listens to my concerns and lets me take charge of my care. Love her.

Excellent! Dr Peechakara cares how I feel and wants me to be able to enjoy life! My illness keeps me down at times and she is always there to make the necessary adjustments to my medications so I can get off the couch!!!

VERY hard to get an appointment. This is a good thing in that she is an excellent provider, but she says see me in 3 months and first available is 6 months. I hate that these numbers reflect poorly in her, but again she's an amazing Dr. So I guess I need to get over it.

The fact she spent time reviewing my files prior to my visit, and seen the previous experience I had and then to go to such lengths assuring that I understood everything was exactly what I needed. I don't expect this type of treatment day in and day out, but when faced with uncertainty, it's wonderful knowing and feeling that you have your caregivers attention.
