Dawn was exceptional and really cared for my daughter as a person. She did not focus all of her attention on the computer and made sure to make eye contact and make her feel comfortable. I also appreciate that she contacted us with test results immediately, before they were even all resulted. She was incredibly thorough as well. Thank you for a great experience!
