She was very good at listening and answering my questions. She understood my need and offered solutions. What she couldn't answer immediately, she discussed with the doctor and got back to me later.

Better than very good-excellent care at all levels. There is a PRIDE very evident in your employees.I am so glad I waited to get into the Cleveland Clinic. (The doc was booked out 5 months)
