Lily C. Pien, MD, MHPE is Staff Attending in the Department of Allergy and Immunology in the Respiratory Institute. She is Associate Director of Faculty Development in the Center for Educational Resources. Dr. Pien is a Professor of Medicine in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.

I had an amazing experience at the Cleveland Clinic. Unfortunately, Dr. Pien was not able to help me with my Long Haul Covid symptoms of shortness of breath.

Whereas Dr. Pien acknowledged having no expertise with the underlying health issue that precipitated my seeming allergic responses, again, it's impossible for me to answer any questions re "usefulness" of this appt. Otherwise, Dr. Pien impressed me with her professionalism, forthrightness, intelligence, and caring demeanor.

Dr. Pien is a caring and kind physician who is also a skilled communicator and teacher. I enjoy our dialogue and feel comfortable asking questions. I also appreciate that if she needs to do additional research to respond to an inquiry she takes the time to answer questions fully and completely.
