Patricia Klaas, PhD

Patricia Klaas, PhD is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist who has been in practice since 2000. She has expertise in neurodevelopmental and disorders/injuries of the Central Nervous System. Her graduate training was at the oldest free standing clinical neuropsychology program in the country at the University of Houston. During her graduate training she worked in a number of placements within the Texas Medical Center of Houston including Baylor Department of Neurosurgery, University of Texas-Houston Health Sciences Center Departments of Neurosurgery and Pediatrics, and Bluebird Circle Clinic of Pediatric Neurology. Internship was at University of Arizona Medical Center Department of Psychiatry and Post-Doctoral Fellowship was at University of Texas-Houston Health Sciences Center Department of Neurosurgery. She is currently involved in research looking at medication effects on cognition in children with ESES, genetic contributions to cognitive functioning in children with PTEN Hamartoma Syndrome and long term outcomes in infants who have been treated for medulloblastoma.
