Now I know why this doctor has a 5 star rating! She was one of THE BEST physicians that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Such a real individual, not a stuffy know it all doctor. She was so kind, caring, compassionate, funny, enjoyable. NOTHING but positives!!!!

Dr Hatipoglu always listens, always remembers me and our past conversations. She makes me feel like I'm her only patient for the day. She is full of information, empathy, and is a genuinely caring person. She doesn't discount my opinions, rather she probes more to understand me and puts it into medical context to help me understand. Thyroid positives & negatives and free & bound tests are confusing! She makes sense of everything to me.

Dr. "H" is such a warm and caring physician. She takes her time and really listens to all of my concerns. She explains everything in an easy to understand manner. This doctor treats me like a family member or dear friend and that is a quality that is priceless. I appreciate her outstanding care and am grateful that she is my endocrinologist.

Dr. Betul Hatipoglu was breath of fresh air. When she walked in the room we could immediately tell that she liked her job. We were quite anxious about getting her impression of what my plan of care should be, and she was respectful and not dismissive. She explained my situation thoroughly, and I am quite clear on how we will manage my thyroid condition.

This doctor is one of the few experts in the United States in my particular disease (Cushings). She provides both excellent medical care and also has a wonderful "bedside manner." My only, only complaint is that she has not yet been cloned. There are too many patients that need her care and too few of her to meet our demands. It takes forever to get an appointment because of the patient demand for her time and skills.

I have seen this provider before for an in-office visit. This time I tried the on-line service. My doctor signed on promptly. Our medical visit was efficient. The whole experience was excellent. I would see her again this way.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Hatipoglu!!! I am NOT a fan of going downtown, but it is worth it to see her. She is so down-to-earth, very warm and caring, always gives me a hug. I have never had an endocrinologist like her and hope I never have to have a different one. She is the best!!! She makes me feel like a human being, never makes me feel bad if my blood sugars are out of whack. She simply tries to help make them better, not make me feel like it's all my fault, as others have done.

my Dr is great and in high demand. Morning of my visit she had to attend a meeting which meant I had to be delayed after an MRI. Despite delay,it was clear my Dr figured how to fit me in without unreasonable delay despite having an overwhelming number of patients.
