Marcellia Stephens is my provider. She is a very caring person. Whenever I have my appointment with Marcellia she takes her time with me and discusses any of my concerns with compassion. I do not feel rushed when I am in the office with her as I do with some doctors. She makes you feel comfortable and is easy very easy to talk to.

Marcellia continues to be one of the best professionals that I have ever seen at the clinic. She has amazing bedside manner and is easy to talk to. She explains everything thoroughly and I have never felt rushed by her. She takes as much time as is necessary and is easy to discuss sensitive medical concerns with.

If there'd been the choice to give "excellent," I would've given that ranking across the board. I drive an extra 45 minutes to get to the Strongsville facility every year to see Marcellia Stephens because I respect and trust her, she always puts me at ease, and she's very personable and friendly.
