this was probably the worst experience I've ever had with the caregiver she was condescending, rude, didn't seem to care about anything, extremely bossy. she seemed so annoyed the entire time. I also sometimes think because this is someone's profession they forget that It's a sensitive experience for someone who doesn't go to the doctor every single day and deal with something like this. Honestly my experience makes me not want to go back to Cleveland clinic and I'm very disappointed I was referred to her and I definitely will not go back to her

This was the most unprofessional appointment I have been too. I am only 19 years old and brought my mom along with for comfort and support. She was not brought back into the room following my ultrasound and when the doctor reviewed my results I did not feel comfortable asking my questions. When my mom and I asked to speak to the doctor again because we still had unanswered questions. We were made to feel stupid and still never received answers to some of our questions. I will not return to that office or doctor in the future.

I felt that I was just another number. I received no explanations about my treatment plan. I was handed articles about my diagnosis but felt like someone just slapped me across the face. I am supposed to have an MRI and I was told to be sure to check with my insurance a couple days before having it done to be sure it would be covered. I had to ask what the MRI was being done for on me. I was told I needed to start a medication for prevention of breast cancer but no information was verbally discussed with me. I walked out of the office overwhelmed and confused. I absolutely have been so satisfied with the breast center till that day. I plan on contacting my GP for her opinion. My mother died from breast cancer and for me to encounter an experience as I did at my appointment was a lot to deal with without receiving a personal discussion or conversation regarding my situation. I am sure the doctor is very competent and an expert in her field but if this is how she talks or should I say, does not talk to patients, maybe I need to find someone with more compassion and listening skills. I am sorry to have to write this but I thought someone should be aware-maybe she was just having a bad day.

I have already recommended Dr Babcock to others. I have never seen a doctor before who came into the exam room so prepared with the knowledge of my history and prepared to discuss options. she is amazing!

I feel totally comfortable and confident in my care provided by Dr. Babcox. She listens and discusses everything. I feel as though she thoroughly cares about me as a person, not just a patient.Millie, the mammographer was exceptional, as well. Her professionalism, compassion and concern for patient exceeded any that I have encountered in the past.
