I really was happy to get into see NP Susan so quickly. My back was aching, and I could not see my doctor for a couple of weeks. She got me into X-rays immediately and at least I was confident that I had not broken anything. I'm following up with physical therapy. I found NP Susan to be knowledgeable, concerned and to the point. I would recommend her to anyone.

Ms. Hastings makes me feel cared about as a patient and person. She carefully listened to my concerns and answered my questions. As a provider she is one of the best and I would highly recommend her to others.

I would give a 4 on explanations my care provider gave about my problem condition - she didn't know so we proceeded with X-ray, now ortho consult. But I don't want to affect her rating bc it's not her fault. She's doing what she can to figure out the problem.
