Dr Sullivan is kind and caring. However, the delay in care in getting an initial appointment was not acceptable until a family friend called CC. Also the consult made after the initial assessment is over four months away. This delay in care is unacceptable making the initial assessment not helpful at all for daily episodes of very concerning symptoms.

Dr. Sullivan answered all my questions, gave good advice, and put my mind at ease about a couple concerns I had. He is by far the best general internist I have seen my entire life (78 years!). He also communicated with the other doctors I saw that week. The coordination amongst various doctors impressed me the most. I felt SO cared for.

Dr. Sullivan is an excellent, kind, thorough doctor. He is definitely an asset to CCF and was a godsend in my medical care and future care to come. While what is bothering my chronic issue is something we don't "today" have a cure for, the issues and information was both well explained to me and my daughter as well as gave me some things that I can do "now" to get me stronger, healthier or better fit and improve my life even before the cure is ready. I appreciated Dr. Sullivan's wit, education and delivery of information as well as his engaging personality. He is an asset to CCF and I was grateful to be under his care while at CCF. I would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone in need. He was very good to talk to both as a doctor and expert but also as a person and went beyond in making sure my care was the very best it could be.

Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Mayuga were excellent in helping me understand my current issue/s and how I can try to improve upon them while awaiting a cure for the issue that is currently giving me a run for it health wise. I was appreciative for both their collaboration and discussions with my daughter and myself. We felt I was well cared for and was also gaining some insight and answers, two things that had eluded me and my health care for two years prior to my CCF visit. It was very nice to speak with doctors who understood my health issues and could also give me some direction for today while awaiting a cure for the additional health issue and also offer their hope, expertise, kindness and direction.

Dr. Sullivan was highly prepared to discuss and advise my case. I have an inactive pituitary following Gamma Knife radiation to address an ACTH tumor. There are early signs that the tumor may be growing back. I'm seeing a specialist at Stanford Medical Center. And, I'm confident that Dr. Sullivan is an effective Internal Medicine person to see to my general medical needs!

Dr Sullivan is excellent. He listened to my current issues and contacted the team that was going to be seeing me regarding my heart follow up and my Breast issues follow up. Dr Sullivan seemed to truly care for me and saw that this time I came In a wheelchair due to severe back pain and leg pain. He had me seen by the Spine Center and Dr. MEKHAIL In pain management. Dr Sullivan said I can return to see him at the end of the week before I make the 7 hour car trip home. I was pleased that he would squeeze me Into his tight schedule at the end of all my appointments at CCF.

Scheduling for a visit is taking far longer than Dr.Sullivan indicated. Scheduling staff said they were short handed. Consulting physicians should be made aware of the delay to provide realistic expectations to patients.
