Public Health Service-Reportable Financial Conflicts of Interest. Cleveland Clinic scientists and physicians engage in basic, translational and clinical research activities, working to solve health problems, enhance patient care and improve quality of life for patients. Interactions with industry are essential to bringing the researchers' discoveries to the public, but can present the potential for conflicts of interest related to their research activities. Saw Dr. Walters 9 months post op. a year ago to obtain a second opinion from complications. He was very thorough at that time and explained everything in a precise manner. 23 months post op., I was finally discharged from the original surgeon but I was left questioning a few things. I was able to see Dr. Walters again who examined me and provided me with information that gave me peace of mind.

I called the provider to setup an appointment for annual gyn exam and mammogram within one hour of one another. The mammogram was timely but when I went to the gynecology department they told me there was no appt setup. Eventuallt the receptionist spoke with the doctors secretary who found the appointment in a holding section.
