Ever since I met Dr. Gota in 2007 she has had getting my health and fitness as her primary goal. Dr, Gota is one special Doctor. I'd probably be dead or incapacitated if weren't for Dr. Gota's care and treatment. I live virtually pain free from my RA, continue to work full time now well into my 60's. When chronic eosinophilia set in around 2010 Dr. Gota made sure I got the proper care to diagnose & treat the situation by getting me to the right care givers and treatment. I am forever grateful to be alive since the 2010-12 event. If it wasn't for Dr. Gota and NP Betsy I would have never got both my knees replaced. I can go on if you like?

Reviewed on May 30, 2019

I had testing early in the morning at neurology and my rheumatology appointment was not until 3. I went over to see if they would be able to take me early (I came in from out of town). they called me back at about 1200 and then left me in an exam room for 3 hours. It was fine if the doc couldn't see me early, but why have me sit in an exam room for 3 hours? At one point I walked out of the exam room and straight into the doctor. I asked if she was coming to see me. she looked at my chart and said "after my 1 o'clock", but then I heard her walk into another exam room after the 1 o'clock.

Reviewed on May 6, 2019

Dr. Gota and Dr. Mirza work perfectly together, I can't imagine a better team!

Reviewed on Apr 15, 2019

Dr. Gota was very angry when she entered the room. My appointment was at 8:00 and the staff did not call me to the back until 9:00 because of confusion over my insurance. I asked the office staff why they had not called me ahead of time to resolve any concerns and they said they did but there were not any calls or messages from them on my phone. Dr. Gota was rude and annoyed with me. She did eventually calm down and apologize but this was not a positive experience for me. I had waited 4 months to see her and had driven 4 hours to get to her office then to be told she did not have time to see me because of lateness that was not my fault. I had been in the waiting room for an hour.

Reviewed on Apr 11, 2019

Dr. Gota is extremely professional, took her time and LISTENED. Dr. Gota genuinely was concerned about my health/treatment since I e been to several doctors prior who just did not care. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Gota.

Dr. Gota was extremely courteous, professional & informative. I felt quite at ease with her; feel very lucky to have had her as my doctor.

Reviewed on Mar 28, 2019

I was very disappointed with the physician's lack of kindness. I feel like she did not listen to me, interrupted me when I was trying to describe medical history, and was cold. She spoke so quickly I had a hard time understanding her. I also feel like she just wanted to ask me questions to "fill in her blanks" on her computer and not really interact with me. I put time, money, and effort into coming to Cleveland Clinic and was terribly disappointed.
