I had another stroke 1 week after the first visit to Dr Goda. I have been informed via my PC physician of the test results from Dr Goda and scheduled to see a lung specialist. Question I have is it really necessary to do the follow up with Dr Goda and her assistant on Oct 20 at 2:00 at the health care center in Solon Ohio?

I have never met a doctor that have no empathy, no show of emotions, didn't care about my treatment. And to see the PA and call if any issues. WHAT! SHE DIDNT FIX OR DISCUSS MY TREATMENT PLAN. She didn't explain why to all the tests I had to email her.

First Time meeting Dr. Gota was a pleasant experience. I felt very comfortable during my visit. She is easy to talk to.

Reviewed on Sep 9, 2021

This was my first visit with Dr. Gota since my previous RA doctor moved. Dr. Gota did not seem interested in me as a person and was very short and seemed uncaring from the time she walked in until the time we walked out together. She negatively disagreed with me and just was not warm or helpful at all. I do not plan on seeing her again.

Reviewed on Sep 9, 2021

While I would highly recommend care at CC, I would not recommend care to anyone by Dr. Gota.

Reviewed on Sep 9, 2021

Saw this provider for the first time in September 2021. She asked me if I was seeing the rheumatologist fro rheumatoid arthritis? I was shocked that she would ask such a question because that is exactly what I was being seen for. Dr. Asked me if I drank alcohol frequently and then told me she was placing me on methtrexate. She also said I would have to take folic acid. No explanation as to why etc... She never explained the benefits or barriers just ordered the medication and told me to follow up with her PA in 2 months. I read about methotrexate and decided I wasn't ready to deal with such side effects and will remain on plaquenil. Not very satisfied with care or communication. :(

Reviewed on Sep 8, 2021

This appointment was the best possible outcome. My rheumatologist, Dr. Rosian left and I would not have been able to see Dr. Gota until January (which would have been very bad for my medication and blood work). However, when I called her staff responded immediately and called me the next day with a cancellation and I was able to get in that same day! As I said, "best possible outcome". I love the Solon office and did not want to look for a Rheumatologist at another location and I really liked Dr. Gota. All around It was an excellent experience. Thank you Solon staff!

I have been Dr. Gota's patient for some dozen years. She is absolutely the finest physician I have ever dealt with. She is patient, even when I ask the same question more than once. She is prompt in responding to questions sent through MyChart. She is efficient, kind, and professional in every way. She is direct and kind. She is just extraordinary.

Reviewed on Aug 17, 2021

Dr. Gota is very easy to talk to, she listens and discusses every issue!

Reviewed on Aug 13, 2021

I went into this appointment after being referred to her by my PCP. I was experiencing extreme fatigue and a few other symptoms and was concerned about lupus, which my sister was diagnosed with recently. My labs were ok but my PCP wanted to cover all the bases due to having other autoimmune issues. Very valid reason for this visit. Dr. Gota Made me feel like I was a waste of time at this appointment. Asked tons of questions and kept typing the whole time, barely looking up. I felt that she really wasn't listening to me or my concerns. I felt rushed and unheard. I will never go back to this provider.

My doctor referred me to Orthopedics but somehow I ended up with Dr Dr Gota. She's a great doctor but she couldn't help me so she referred me to a spinal doctor. I haven't heard anything about the referral so I'm basically in limbo. I'm still hurting and don't have the answers about what treatment I need and I still haven't seen any one from orthopedics.

Reviewed on Aug 5, 2021

I had an outstanding appointment with Dr. Gota. All of her staff interactions have been pleased and productive. I feel I am getting world class care with Dr. Gota.

Reviewed on Aug 4, 2021

Doctor Gota was far more concerned with the messages coming through on her Apple watch than she was about getting to the bottom of what was going on with my health. When I asked for a full panel of blood work to help determine what was going on she acted as if it was unnecessary. In the end, I'm glad I insisted as it turned out I needed to see another specialist entirely. Additionally, she neglected to properly add the necessary referrals to my record which made scheduling the 2 additional appointments I needed unnecessarily difficult. Finally I had to inquire several times over the course of two full weeks before she finally put in the referral at all. Moving forward in this process, my only comfort is in knowing I will not need to work with her again.

I have been seeing her for almost 7 years now, and I can't imagine going to anyone else. She goes above and beyond for me, in every aspect. She really cares for her patients and she wants to do everything possible to help her patients get the best treatment possible. She never gives up on me and is always willing to try new things if a medication is not working for me. She never rushes me, is always very thorough and makes me feel heard. I am so grateful to have her as my Rheumatologist.

Reviewed on May 6, 2021

I was let down by the Cleveland Clinic. I was dismissed by the doctor without her doing any tests or anything. She said my labs were useless to her but didn't feel the need to run additional labs that would have been useful. She focused too much on my PTSD as an excuse and pushed me aside. She did not talk to me or my other doctors to find out I was diagnosed with PTSD when I was 13 years old, and that my issues now were not present for over 40 years of my life...so the PTSD and pain were not in my case, linked. She just didn't want to deal with me do she passed the buck.
