Dr. D. Ross has always provided me with top notch care. She is knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything in terms that I, a lay person, can easily understand. She listens to me and she understands me as a person.

I feel that she could have done more then just mention that my sugars were high, and not try to do something. She said that I needed to delete ALL starches and ALL Fruits. Low starches I can see... But to eliminate and and all along with fruits sounds very strange.... all I am allowed to each she said was protein and salad. My sugars are about 250 and up and Im gaining weight like crazy even though I am not eating a lot of calories. Maybe even under 1200. Now Im frustrated .
