I had a good experience with Sue Ellwood. She listened to my concerns and took the time to help to eliminate some of the things that were bothering me.She is such a caring person and makes me feel almost like family!! I never feel uncomfortable talking to her and feel she truly cares. She is definitely an asset to Dr. Tirmonia office!! Thank you Sue!!

The only problem with past Cleveland Clinic experiences has been billing. This was a "Welcome to Medicare visit so Medicare paid for it. Due to the charge rate by how many health items discussed I limit what I discuss with Dr. Tirmonia. He does not make me feel this way but when questioning billing for a costly bill i was told that the bill was high because of the items discussed.
