Denise Smith-Hauser was referred to me by my retiring Rheumatologist, Dr. Howard Epstein. So this was my first visit with her, about an hour in length. She was very friendly and likeable, extremely thorough in her exam and questions, set me up for x-rays and bloodwork and re-ordered prescriptions I needed. Explained the coming treatments I should expect, explaining that I should feel free to call the office anytime I have questions. I am looking forward to having her as a health provider.

Denise is the best. She is caring and listens to my concerns. I love seeing her.

Again, look at people when speaking to them. don't say, "Be with you in a minute" while you are looking at your computer screen and then stay on the computer when you have a patient right in front of you.

VERY HAPPY WITH DENISE SMITH-HAUSER AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THE INDEPENDENCE RHUEMATOLOGY DEPARTMENT. I VISIT THEM MONTHLY FOR A MEDICAL CONDITION AND ALWAYS FEEL VERY WELCOME AND TREATED WITH THE UTMOST KINDNESS AND RESPECT. A WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE TO HAVE IN MY "MEDICAL CORNER".
