Michelle has always been the consummate professional, caring, knowledgeable and personable. I resisted seeing her after my surgery, but she made it so easy. I'm so sad she's retiring. Happy for her, but sad for me.

I have been seeing Michele for years now and can truly say she is one of the best clinicians that I have ever seen. She is so kind, personable, professional and caring. I come from 2 hours away and was early and waited quite a bit. I have been comin to Cleveland clinic for 30 plus years. I used to have the megagram first than saw the doctor and the doctor always had my results right away. It was great no waiting. Also my chat is very hard to negotiate. I hate it.

Michelle is exceptional, and her part-time schedule made it hard to get an appointment with her. But she was the first person I met with after having my surgical procedure, and she made a point to connect with me, so I am sad to know she will likely be retiring. She is an asset to the practice area.

Michelle was truly interested in my background and family history. In addition she was able to assist in determining whether I need to see the Radiologist on a yearly basis. She contacted Dr Shah for me and they agreed it is not necessary. She saved me time and me being uncomfortable by taking care of this for me. I greatly appreciate her assistance
