Industry Relationships
Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. My original appointment was cancelled; however, the office and Dr. Samples were very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Everyone I've worked with are great patient advocates and are good listeners.

Dr Samples is amazing. He listens and doesn't rush through the appointment. He has excellent "bedside manner" so to speak, and he remembers all my medical information so my appointments are like conversations, not rushed or impersonal. 10/10

Dr. Samples treats me like a person. Not just a patient in pain. He listens to me and explains things in a way I can understand. I have no plans to switch from his care.

Dr Samples has been incredible. He is very attentive to my medical concern which includes communications with my nephrologist. His time and attention is so appreciated and surpasses many others.

I don't feel as if Dr. Samples cares anything about my health nor my concerns.. He's only prescribing medications to me but nothing else and it's very sad.

Dr. Samples provided very thorough care. He is a doctor that really cares about his patients and goes all out to help them. He treats his patients with dignity, respect, and compassion. His sense of humor puts you at ease. Would highly recommend him. Thank you for the excellent care.

I think Dr. Samples is TOP NOTCH! He is very professional, but friendly as well. I'd HIGHLY recommend him to anybody that needed botox. We drive 488 miles once every 3 months for the past year or so and he's so worth it. I'm so fortunate that I found him.

If there was a ten score I would select it! Dr. Samples is awesome! I'm excited to hear someone confident about a diagnosis and treatment. He ltook the time to look an MRI from last year and looked in particularly at a place in my brain and saw something that can cause the problems I've been having 2.5 years! I'm so grateful to him.

Dr Samples is always prepared for our appointments. He has obviously read my pre-appointment questionnaire and always drills Into appropriate questions derived from that questionnaire. He Is also kind and thoughtful.

He was very rude and refused to answer any questions that went against his diagnosis. He walked in with a diagnosis but refused to answer questions about why that and not another finding that was on MULTIPLE scans.

I had an excellent experience. The staff was very prompt, very attentive, and respectful. Dr Samples listened tentatively and his responses were thorough. He explained what I could expect and made sure I understood.
