very hard to get through to someone when making appointments. I feel like I'm on hold for too long of a time. other than that we are extremely happy with the doctors office and the staff.

Dr. Wertman has been my daughter's pediatrician since infancy. We followed him from Healthspan to the clinic b/c of his excellent care & concern.

Dr. Wertman is fantastic. We will follow him everywhere. It's too bad healthcare is more worried about numbers then quality. The time he spends with his patients is worth it.

Dr. Wertman was my children's doctor prior to joining Cleveland Clinic. We loved him so much we changed networks to be able to come back to him. He provides exceptional care to all his patients. Wait time is a little long because of his concern for each patient. Would suggest longer appointment times (20 minutes) to help provide the care & keep little ones less in the waiting rooms. Scheduling is only change I would suggest making, but I am willing to wait an hour if needed for his one-of-a kind care for kids. Glad to be back!
