Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.
To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

I first saw Dr. Davis over 20 years ago for an injury to my foot. if I have any problem with it, I go to him. He takes care of the problem right away. I don't trust anyone else like I do him to take care of my foot.

dr. Davis is excellent and understands sports medicine well. He understands the sport she is in and the physical requirements. he also understands the frustration of dealing with the school and PE classes when a child has as rigorous of a sport as my daughter does!

Dr. Davis & his resident described the potential surgery in terms that were easily understood. Also the post operative recovery.

From previous with exclamation point! Dr. Davis is simply outstanding. I am a polio survivor and he has previously provided surgery that made a life difference for me. He is very clever approaches in dealing with the ramifications of my polio and the limitations and difficulties I am presented with. His approach is not just "surgery" as he looks for alternative medical/structural alternatives to address my recent difficulties. It is much appreciated as he presents both a technical medical and "human" approach with his "bedside" manner. From my recent visit, his conclusion after viewing the x-rays and his innovated temporary resolve to my painful and almost debilitating issues with my foot from my polio history was amazing. Once again, Dr. Davis made a positive difference in my life and with my mobility. I will be following through with the next steps he suggested as he once again "reviewed, innovated, and corrected" my problem. Dr. David is truly gifted and he is much appreciated by myself with my polio as I age.
