I came for a second opinion and ended up switching doctors to Dr. Deal.

best office as far as being on time to appointment time start I ever been involved with and I'm 91 years old This consideration for the patient's time carries through each visit; this consideration continues throughout the visit with all involved on the staff and the Dr. Patient is never rushed either and gets full attention by all.

always helpful. I am very satisfied and very grateful to have found such a fine Dr. and his treatment and the experience I have had being his patient

Reviewed on Jun 7, 2018

Dr. Deal is a pleasure to work with. He answers questions thoroughly. He is prompt and communicates conveniently via email as well.

Reviewed on Jun 5, 2018

The only comment I have regarding scheduling of appointment is, the length of time you must wait before getting in to see the doctor. (Several months).

Reviewed on Jun 5, 2018

The problem was: 1) I never was introduced to her 2) Therefore, why was she in there? What department was she from? I am guessing x-ray? 3) She watched, listened to the doctor, but had no interaction 1-1 with me. 4) That extra two people in the room made things confusing to follow in a smooth manner. Too much movement in the room, too fast, too many people, the doctor was focused on me, and the other two professionals, but not really a sit down, one at a time discussion, and then question/answer session and/or review of the appointment. I am sure Doctor Deal knew what was happening, had a direction he wanted to go in, and quickly explained this to me, but the only way that I got this information was due to my background knowledge of this type of situation from other personal experiences.

I am pleased with the staff, the nurse, and with the doctor.

Dr. Deal pretty much runs on time.

Dr. Deal has always been very kind and thorough regarding my health issue as well as interested in my life outside of the realm of the problem that he's treating. I've never been rushed through an appointment, he's answered any concerns I had with compassion, and is a superb example of the Cleveland Clinic physicians I've had through the years who have a wealth of knowledge that they're always willing to share to keep the patient positively involved in maintaining their health.
