Great discussion and information that was received from the doctor. Actually talking with the doctor about my issue was a great difference from previous place. I learned more about my issue, purposes of tests, and more about preventive measures in this visit than in past experiences with other provider. Doctor showed interest in helping me to resolve and prevent the reasons for my visit.

as a hard of hearing individual that lip reads others to communicate effectively, I had some trouble understanding Dr Noble as he had a face mask on (due to having a cold). I explained as he entered the room that I do in fact lip read, but I would do my best to understand him. I think I did well, but didn't have any other options provided to me to better the communication between him and I.

My very first appointment was with Dr Noble. He was lovely. He patiently listened to my kidney stone drama over the past 2 months. He could also empathize with me since he himself suffers from the same. He explained kidney stones to me better than any previous urologist and he explained the various testing options. He took his time with me which I was greatful for. My follow up appointment was with Miss Heidi. She was also very nice and very knowledgeable about my condition. She helped me get on the right track going forward.
