Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.
To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.
As of 4/1/2021, Dr. Detti has reported no financial relationship with industry that is applicable to this listing. In general, patients should feel free to contact their doctor about any of the relationships and how the relationships are overseen by Cleveland Clinic. Public Health Service-Reportable Financial Conflicts of Interest. Cleveland Clinic scientists and physicians engage in basic, translational and clinical research activities, working to solve health problems, enhance patient care and improve quality of life for patients. Interactions with industry are essential to bringing the researchers' discoveries to the public, but can present the potential for conflicts of interest related to their research activities. The fertility clinic has been very good to get a hold of via phone. Dr Detti's office staff as well as PAs are very responsive. They usually get back to me within the same day for answers to my questions.

I felt like Dr Detti was very genuine in her explanations and recommendations. I felt like they were personalized for my specific case and not just a standard that is applied to all patients. I appreciated her time in explaining things to me and answering my questions.

Dr. Detti is wonderful, but I've had some challenges getting in touch with and receiving information about next steps from other team members. It took almost two weeks to connect with the next person I needed to speak with, including calling her one day and her voicemail saying "I'm out of the office today and won't check messages...call back another day."

I told my family that the doctor made me feel so comfortable and made sure that I understood everything that was happening now and things that were going to happen later. I was really ecstatic about my visit with an appointment so serious! Thank you

Dr. Detti was very helpful. She made our first experience walking into the fertility/infertility world very smooth, peaceful and calming. She was very polite and friendly. She appeared to be very knowledgeable, with verbal symptoms given to her, to address potential concerns and diagnosis. I look forward to l continue to work with her!!
