I trust her because you can tell she is a good person. It is rare nowadays. There was a period where I had to see someone else, and I know my treatment plan would've been much different if I was in her care during that time. She's a great provider! You don't want to lose her.

Dr Keren Zhou is one of the kindest, empathetic, and intelligent doctors I have had the privilege of working with. In the history of me ever receiving medical treatment, doctor Zhu is by far the absolute best provider I have ever met with. In a difficult and confusing time, she took the time out of her day to truly hear me out and answer all of my questions, and explain everything that is going on. Throughout the entire appointment, she made the conversation comfortable to a degree where I could understand what is wrong, how it affects me, possible treatments and how they will work, and then potential risks. She truly made me understand fully, which no doctor has ever done before. I would highly recommend her, and am so thankful I got the opportunity to meet with her.
