Awful experience trying to get an appointment for non emergent abdominal pain. This is exactly why there is an overflow on non emergent visits to the Emergency room. The schedule "hub" would not allow me to schedule per their protocol. I had to be triaged over the phone by a nurse who then in turn said I needed to be seen within the next four hours and would not schedule an appointment for the following morning I THEN had to have a phone virtual visit with a provider who determined my issue was not an emergency and finally after almost 45 minutes of phone calls I was able to get an appointment.

Dr. Duggal made me feel seen and showed empathy toward me. I was made to feel like I was a family member from her interest in me. The questions she asked were insightful and intelligent. Thank you Dr. Duggal.

Dr. Duggal was very rude and cold with me. Her attitude started when she asked if I was vaccinated for Covid or the flu and I responded no! Treated me like a third class citizen! I also was having problems with my prostate and she insisted I went off my flomax and it was my fault. If the nurse would've looked at my meds she would've seen that I was taken off of that a long time ago since it was effecting my ability to breathe properly. Just treated like a complete piece of trash by both the doctor and the nurse!

I don't remember making this appointment. I've always thought that the office made the appointment for me. However, on my first wellness exam with Dr. Dougal we discussed a lot of things so when her assistant came in and she may have scheduled it and we were talking and I wasn't paying attention.

Dr Duggal is always very courteous, kind and considerate when discussing my current care and treatment options. She takes time to hear my concerns when treatment changes are recommended and provides clear and thorough explanations of the options available and rationale for her recommendations.

Care provider was not thorough with respect to complete exam as I was provided by previous doctor. Neglected some procedures that is common to being examined.

Just was left in room after assistant took vitals and then Dr did not come in until 10 till 12. She did take extra time with me and considering this was my first time here will see how other appointments go. It would have been nice to know she was running late
