Dr. Alice Sullivan really keeps up on research and is by far the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. She is one of very few doctors who has the ability to determine possible causes of problems. She will never give you the old "I have no idea what's wrong so it must be in your head" excuse.

When provider first arrived had the wrong information/patients file pulled up. I felt like I had to go over everything again I had already put in detail in Living Matrix. Felt like the time spent on that took away a more detailed look at the issues I came all the way to Clinic for. No real solutions/treatment given at this time. Just as bunch of testing a lot of which I have already had done in past in trying to determine root causes. Also, a # of times I felt the conversation got off-track. However, I did feel the Dr was knowledgeable and had a good report with her.

Dr. Sullivan is a very through Dr. I think if she had more time in appt. with you she would be a even better Dr. she does not have the time needed in a 30 min. appt. to explain and cover everything with the complexity of the issues that we come with to the functional unit especially most of us traveling to get there! Hopefully something for you all to think about if you read this !

Dr. Prescott is an incredible doctor and I am so grateful for her. She is a huge factor in my improvement and being able to live a normal life once again. she is brilliant, thoughtful, empowering, and genuinely cares. she I appreciate how she takes the time to explain the more in-depth science behind treatments, test results, possible diagnosis. it makes me more inclined to dig deep myself and take ownership of my health and care.I wish she had more freedom and was able to provide more care instead of having me go elsewhere (because cleveland clinic doesn't provide that treatment or she can't test for that). her suggestions have turned out immensely helpful and important, but puts a lot more work on the patient.

Dr. Prescott has given me hope that their is a possibility of treating my autoimmune symptoms, so that I can find some relief. it has been a rough few years, but I feel confident in Dr. Prescott's experience. Now, I am expecting that the clinic will take the necessary steps to keep her in functional medicine. In the past, j have been moved around to several functional medicine doctors which has negatively impacted my health. When you find good doctors, do what it takes to keep them with the clinic. Dr. Prescott is a dedicated physician and an asset to the clinic.

Dr. Sullivan is the most amazing physician I have ever had
Reviewed on Oct 22, 2019
My experience was good and I was very pleased with my practitioner. The one thing I wish had been explained ahead of the visit was what the time with the doctor would entail. After filling out the living matrix, I felt like she had all my information ahead and it was clear that she had taken time to review it. She allowed me to bring up what I wanted to talk about and I was not sure what I needed to say. I tended to focus only on part of my issue in the time we had. Had I known ahead of time how the hour would be spent and how much I should repeat info in the living matrix, I would have prepared better.

Dr. Sullivan made me feel comfortable
Reviewed on Sep 24, 2019
Dr. Prescott entered the room saying, "it has been such a long time since I've seen you." I replied, July. 2 months! As the appointment continued, it was as if she didn't remember anything about me. Obviously she did not review my chart before my appointment. I understand that she has a lot of patients, however, reviewing my chart would have helped the appointment progress rather than spending time reminding her about my situation. In addition, she wasn't even aware that I had test results waiting to discuss. I only knew this because I called the lab to see if they were ready & they said they had sent the results to the doctor. Dr. Prescott asked why I was there & I replied well, I have test results to go over. She was surprised about this. I was very disappointed & frustrated leaving this appointment. I am grateful that she found that I have toxic mold exposure. However, I do not feel as if I have progressed on healing from this condition. I was diagnosed in February or March. If she does not specialize in treating mold illness, that is fine, then she should recommend another physician to see. I have been doing research on treatment plans and I am going to pursue treatment from a doctor who specializes in treatment of toxic mold illness also known as CIRS. I am disappointed in the care I have received from Cleveland Clinic.
