Dr Sullivan was a lifesaver. I initially saw a different doctor in the Functional Med. Clinic but once my test results were in I was told she didn't have any appointments for the rest of the year. Dr. Sullivan came to the rescue. While it's good for you guys to keep reeling in patients to make your FM clinic a success, it's concerning to patients who can't get their results after thousands of dollars in tests.

If patient logs in to MyChart and waits in portal for their video visit, the MyChart system then times out the patient causing the patient to be unable to connect once the provider is online! I had to go back and log back in and wasted precious time of my video visit in doing so. This was indeed very frustrating for both me and Dr. Sullivan!
