I drove 2.5 hours to see Dr. Sullivan, she is superb!

Reviewed on Jun 16, 2022

Dr. Sullivan is the best. She spent the time, ordered the testing, and worked through the myriad complexities and problems of my medical conditions. All of if was necessary to properly diagnose me. I had been deteriorating for the better part of a decade before coming under her care. She put together a course of treatment. After working through the treatment for the better part of a year, with her encouragement, I am finally seeing restored health and vitality. I could not possibly be more grateful for her work on my behalf.

Dr. Sullivan is a tremendous practitioner and I highly recommend her. The Cleveland Clinic needs to allow physicians have more telemedicine appointments during the week. One day is not sufficient to satisfy the need for such appointments.

See earlier comments. Dr Sullivan was exemplary but the steps in preparation were unprofessional and very poor

Dr. Sullivan is awesome

As always, Dr. Sullivan carefully listened to my concerns. I have multiple health issues and she still makes me hopeful a root cause will be identified. I would love to someday talk about all of this in past tense. Dr. Sullivan's knowledge and experience in complicated, chronic illness gives me the utmost confidence this will eventually happen.

Dr. Sullivan is personable and caring. She doesn't make me feel rushed and carefully listens to my concerns. She fosters a good doctor/patient relationship. I feel comfortable with her medical advice. Currently she only has one day a week for virtual appointments and she is booked out for months. This is not sustainable for my health care!

Regardless of how good Dr. Sullivan is, a video meeting could never compare to a face-to-face visit. Technology cannot replace personal interaction. Unfortunately the medical industry has largely lost that perspective.

I absolutely love Dr Sullivan! I am seeing so many improvements in my health because of her, which I never thought would even be possible at my age. My blood pressure has become normal for the first time in almost a decade without using medication. Her work ethic is fantastic. Detective Dr. Sullivan Is extremely attentive to all of the symptoms I am experiencing and methodical in the way she seeks out answers to my issues. Furthermore, she is so concerned with her patients' health as individuals that she takes it upon herself to improve each person's health within just a 30 minute visit--and she truly succeeds. She surprises me with how vast her knowledge is every time I ask her a question. I have never felt like just another patient to her.

Dr Sullivan was a lifesaver. I initially saw a different doctor in the Functional Med. Clinic but once my test results were in I was told she didn't have any appointments for the rest of the year. Dr. Sullivan came to the rescue. While it's good for you guys to keep reeling in patients to make your FM clinic a success, it's concerning to patients who can't get their results after thousands of dollars in tests.
