Dr Sullivan is an excellent physician who explains things and answers questions well. She also treats patients with great respect, discusses treatment options and includes me as part of the treatment plan.

I'm still a relatively new patient of Dr.Sullivan's so am currently in the process of developing a personal patient/doctor relationship, knowing that this will take some time.

I see Dr. Sullivan multiple times per year. This is the first time there was problems with the video connection. Dr. Sullivan is excellent, caring, compassionate and thorough.

Dr. Sullivan is one of the best providers I have ever seen. She cares for her patients in a way that past providers at other medical facilities have not matched.

Fair to poor experience. Doctor really never explained much of the dangers/ risks of osteoporosis meds and also option ofEstrogen/progesterone bioidentical hormones.

Reviewed on Jul 14, 2022

It feels like the Doctors do not have enough time for each patient. This was not reflected in the Drs care at all, it just felt like they have a lot to get to in one day.

Very impressed with Sr, Sullivan's explanations and choice of treatments. She is very knowledgeable and yet able to explain where I could understand :)

I drove 2.5 hours to see Dr. Sullivan, she is superb!

Reviewed on Jun 16, 2022

Dr. Sullivan is the best. She spent the time, ordered the testing, and worked through the myriad complexities and problems of my medical conditions. All of if was necessary to properly diagnose me. I had been deteriorating for the better part of a decade before coming under her care. She put together a course of treatment. After working through the treatment for the better part of a year, with her encouragement, I am finally seeing restored health and vitality. I could not possibly be more grateful for her work on my behalf.

Dr. Sullivan is a tremendous practitioner and I highly recommend her. The Cleveland Clinic needs to allow physicians have more telemedicine appointments during the week. One day is not sufficient to satisfy the need for such appointments.

Dr. Sullivan is awesome

Reviewed on Mar 15, 2022

As always, Dr. Sullivan carefully listened to my concerns. I have multiple health issues and she still makes me hopeful a root cause will be identified. I would love to someday talk about all of this in past tense. Dr. Sullivan's knowledge and experience in complicated, chronic illness gives me the utmost confidence this will eventually happen.

Reviewed on Feb 22, 2022

Dr. Sullivan is personable and caring. She doesn't make me feel rushed and carefully listens to my concerns. She fosters a good doctor/patient relationship. I feel comfortable with her medical advice. Currently she only has one day a week for virtual appointments and she is booked out for months. This is not sustainable for my health care!
