This physician is one of the most thorough and empathetic that I have ever seen. I feel like I am seeing my family doctor in a small town- as if like when I was a small child.

Dr. Prescott is an incredible doctor, and I attribute so much of my success and improvement in health to her. She is bright, thinks out of the box, and always takes time to explain to me her thought process and the science behind it. She always listens to my suggestions, opinions, and concerns. I trust her and truly believe she's making a difference, which is why I continue to travel so far and return to Cleveland Clinic every month.

Dr. Prescott does an incredible job with caring for me as a patient. The nursing and assistant staff does need improvement with their follow-up, thoroughness, communication, and organization.

I felt rushed by Dr Prescott. I spent all this money on labs and we never really went over them. I was disappointed with functional Medicine

Dr. Alice Prescott is one of the best doctor's I've seen in 17 years. It's one of the few times I've left a doctor's office feeling relieved that they listened, heard me and chose an appropriate direction for testing and treatment recommendations. She's EXCELLENT!

Extremely impressed and satisfied with Dr. Prescott so far.

I am happy I came to Dr. Prescott. The hour appointment was not nearly long enough to get a clear picture of what I have in order to figure out what to do. I would have liked more time and would have paid to have more time. It's that important.

Dr Prescott listened to me and provided supplements and further testing. i had a good experience and feel like I'm on the right path at Cleveland clinic.

Reviewed on Jun 19, 2019

dr Prescott was warm and kind and I could tell she was very experienced and also compassionate. the visit was too short though. it took me hours to fill out all my detailed forms. I would've liked more time with her. maybe the length of first visits should be based on the number of forms. it was too short for my preference.

very pleased with the doctor. she was very caring and knowledgeable. took her time explaining things and answering questions. great bed side manner. would highly recommend

Reviewed on May 21, 2019

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Dr Prescott. I came in because of progressively worsening sleep issues. I had seen three other doctors who all told me it was just stress and prescribed pharmaceuticals that made me feel really foggy all day. Not only did Dr Prescott make serious improvements to my sleep, along the way she has also diagnosed the root cause of my lifelong sinus problems so they are finally manageable!!

Reviewed on May 8, 2019

Dr. Prescott is very helpful and I like that she is open to "out of the box" treatments. Again, I wish follow up appointments were back to 45 minutes. It would allow more time for discussion and understanding of complex issues. I would put that concern on whoever made those decisions, not the doctor herself.

Reviewed on May 8, 2019

Wait time was fine, but I understand if the Dr. is spending important time with patients. In functional medicine, I value that my doctor spends quality, valuable time with me. It is upsetting that follow-up appointments have been cut from 45 to 30 minutes. Everything feels very rushed. I no longer feel like a valued patient, but another number. I strongly suggest reconsidering this move, or forwarding this information to whom it may concern.

Reviewed on May 3, 2019

not enough time for follow up appointments with the doctor. Often feel rushed out, which is extremely frustrating when I flew out of state and travelled all this way and don't have enough time to ask all my questions. Dr. Prescott is great and does the best she can, but I can tell she pressured to get through these appointments quickly. 30 minutes is not enough time for serious cases.

Reviewed on Apr 5, 2019

Ideally, we needed more time. I felt the dr. had more questions and I had more questions. However, Dr. Prescott was amazing. She looked at me as a whole, not just as one body part/system. She's thorough, thoughtful and is eager to take on the challenge of helping me become healthy. I feel hopeful for the first time in 15 months that she will follow through and work with me to resolve this issue and past issues. Dr. Prescott is impressive and I'm so grateful to have been assigned to her.

I am very pleased with my provider and I feel like she is very knowledgeable and I have confidence in her. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and helping me. My only complaint was that we did not have enough time to have all of my questions answered. I left my appointment with many unanswered questions . 30 minutes simply wasn't enough time.

Reviewed on Mar 20, 2019

I rarely fill out surveys, especially the "Comments" section, but I feel compelled to expand on my experience with Dr. Prescott at the Cleveland Clinic. Not only was Dr. Prescott a crazy cool, blow-me-away smart clinician, she truly was empathetic and engaging in my medical issues. Cleveland Clinic, you have a true gem there!

Reviewed on Mar 15, 2019

Dr. Prescott did not take my condition seriously at all and almost seemed to make fun of it. She had not looked at my previous paperwork at all and was not prepared for the appointment. I left more confused than before I arrived and she did not give any practical advice on next steps. I felt like she was taking a shot in the dark to "see what sticks". I drive 8 hours round trip to CC and felt like my time was wasted. She never gave me any chance to ask questions and essentially got up and quickly left at the end of the appointment leaving me with tons of unanswered questions and concerns. She lacked any empathy for my condition whatsoever. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Reviewed on Mar 4, 2019

Dr Prescott seemed very flustered and rushed from being so late and late in the day. She did not seem fully acquainted with my medical history though I am an established patient at functional medicine. My first impression of Dr. Prescott is that she is very knowledgeable and competent. But I did not feel cared for and felt very rushed. I was very confused about the goals she had for me and how the recommendations she had for me were relevant or how they should be carried out
