To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr. Click and his staff are fantastic, I am very grateful for them.

Dr Click is not my regular Gastroenterologist, but performed my colonoscopy because my doctor was unavailable. He was very personable, explained the procedure well and sedation was sufficient for my comfort. The staff were sweet and caring, particularly a lovely nurse with blonde hair who may have been named Linda. She placed my IV painlessly and made fun conversation about my next meal that really put me at ease. Thank you all!

Dr. Click is an excellent communicator. He explained the risks of the procedure (colonoscopy) and the anesthesia, giving me the choice to remain semi-conscious so that I could watch the show, which Is what I did. He visited after the procedure and explained the next steps. Dr. Click responded with the results, via MyChart, in a timely manner, which was much appreciated. The nursing staff was comforting and considerate.

Dr. Click is an excellent provider and I travel over 200 miles each way to have him direct my care since my condition is fairly complex and difficult to manage. I gave the providers in my area a shot and they were not satisfactory so I decided to come to the Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Click in order to "get fixed" and so far the level of care and knowledge has been far superior with Dr. Click and other Cleveland Clinic providers and staff. I am finally getting better after deciding to utilize Dr. Click and hopefully will be able to keep my condition under control since it is incurable.
