one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Felt extremely confident with his knowledge, and concern, answering all my questions.

Reviewed on Feb 18, 2020

Like stated earlier, I don't feel the doctor listened to me and believed what I was saying. This is the problem with most doctors. They think that medicine is an exact science and don't at all treat, expect, or realize not everyone comes in or falls within that narrow little spectrum that they believe all patients come under. They don't listen to what you've been through and think they always know you better than you do. The God complex!

Dr Butsch clearly has a deep understanding of my condition. I had frustration with process but his care and transparency was appreciated. navigating the clinic is very difficult, he and his nurse Jaime have tried to make the journey easier. still too many hoops to go through.

Reviewed on Jul 31, 2019

My reason for this appt. was to discuss the sleep exam I had on May 17. *Dr. Butsch looked at the info on his computer and didn't tell me much that I hadn't been told at the sleep exam and I, basically, told him what I had told the people of the exam.
