Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Dr Erhardt was quite short and rude. She continually shot down my questions with short answers and would not take the time to listen to someone that doesn't know much about their body. She wasnt interested in hearing my concerns and it appeared as though she was looking at me more like a number in her day.

She seemed rushed. I saw her leaving immediately after my appointment so perhaps there was a problem that day. She used terms, such as the name for specific blood work, with which I was not familiar. I had to ask her to explain what it would show. I had to ask my questions quickly to get answers. She ordered blood work and tests and sent me out to a scheduler. She works with my doctor so I would go to her again - but better prepared to get answers to my concerns.

This was a same day appointment when my primary physician was booked solid. I had blood in the urine and was dizzy. I asked if someone could see me at the Madison/Lakewood Clinic as it is convenient. I was scheduled with Jennifer, Nurse Practictoner and received excellent care. She took her time and really listened. (I've had a complicated medical history this spring.) I will ask for her if I again need a same day appointment because I can never get in to see my primary on a same day appointment. She resolved the problem after ordering two tests.

I was not able to get appointment with my regular Dr. I was asked if I would be ok to see a NP. I agreed to the appointment. Jennifer Erhardt took the time to listen and asked questions and allowed myself to ask questions. I was very pleased with the visit. I will have no problem seeing her again if I am not able to see my regular Dr.
