Working with Min, each time that I have met with her, has been one of the best experiences I've had with the Clinic. And I've had a lot! She is attentive, friendly, engaged, and genuinely seems to care about my health and that challenges that I've been facing. She always makes me feel like I am engaged in the process of treatment and explains the pros and cons of different forms of treatment. She, Dr. Neme, and all of the other doctors and nurse practitioners that I have worked with in the Epilepsy Center have been excellent providers. This experience has been scary and overwhelming, but the ease with which the office can be contacted and scheduled with has helped me enormously, and the care provided has been well beyond expectations.

I had a virtual visit with this individual. All I needed was a prescription refilled but I had to see the provider before they could do it. This is very helpful as I live over an hour away. And the office visit usually lasts no longer than 15 - 20 minutes.
