Care provider called since we could not do the video visit. She was very professional and nice to talk to.

It was a little difficult to connect with the Dr. at first and we were about 15 minutes late getting started on zoom. I was not able to see the Dr. , but she could see me. When all was started it ran smoothly, though she didn't ask me any questions about my previous head injury symptoms. I forgot to tell her my daily symptoms. We did talk about an episode I had which she said was caused by hypotension.
