Dr. Persad-Maharaj obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2004 and her Master of Public Health in 2007 from Florida International University and her Doctor of Audiology (Au. D.) from Nova Southeastern University in 2011.
She has completed her externship here at Cleveland Clinic Florida and has joined audiology department in 2012. She holds certification from American Board of Audiology (ABA) and is a fellow of American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Her interests and expertise include adult diagnostic evaluations; adult hearing aids and amplification devices.
